Upon graduation in 1993, this is when I began my interest and study in the Fitness Industry, but took a detour and worked in the Medical, Health & Wellness Field for over 10 years, Educational Industry for over 14 years and finally returned to the Fitness Industry. I have worked with all ages throughout my career.
